Delivery

Bed Frames, Divan Beds & Floor Standing Headboards:

Our bed frames, divan beds and floor standing headboards are manufactured to order and can take an estimated 2 - 4 weeks to be delivered from the point of receiving your order. 

Our deliveries are carried out by our contracted courier company on a two man delivery service.

Our premium delivery service includes FREE delivery & installation of your bed in a room of your choice (UK Mainland only).

PLEASE NOTE this service is only covered up to the second floor only. If your order requires to be delivered beyond the second floor, please contact us or leave a note on checkout as we would need to make further arrangements with our courier.

Footstools & Standard Headboards:

Our footstools and headboards are manufactured to order and can take an estimated 1 - 4 weeks to be delivered.

We will notify you once your order is manufactured and ready to be dispatched providing the necessary details required to track your order.

Yes - we offer free delivery to most UK mainland postcodes.

Delivery lead times will vary subject to the product type and postcode.

Deliveries to remote and rural areas will incur an additional delivery charge with an additional lead time of 2-3 weeks.

Delivery surcharge & extended lead time locations:

A delivery surcharge will apply to the following postcodes with an extended delivery lead time of up to 2-3 weeks.

Postcodes & locations we currently are unable to deliver to:

IV40 - IV56, PA20 - 78, PH41 - 44, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Mann

An additional charge of £60.00 will apply on all bed frames and floor standing headboards and we will require a minimum of 2-3 weeks notices to arrange your nominated day delivery.

You can contact us before or after placing your order to arrange your nominated day delivery.

Yes, please let us know whilst placing your order so we can arrange production and delivery of your order accordingly.

If for any reason you had to delay delivery after our delivery team have tried contacting you to arrange delivery, please let us know so we can liaise with our courier and place your delivery on hold.

Bed Frames, Divan Beds, Floor Standing Headboards & Mattresses:

You will be contacted via text message and email to confirm a proposed delivery date. You must respond to either form of communication by replying YES if you can accept delivery, or NO if the proposed delivery date is not suitable.

Once you have confirmed you can accept delivery on the proposed date, you will be contacted up to 48 hours before the delivery date to confirm an estimated 4 hour time slot.

On the day of delivery, the drivers on route will contact you approximately half an hour before they are due to arrive.

Footstools & Small Headboards:

We generally use Parcel Force to deliver our small items of furniture. Once your order is manufactured, it would be dispatched immediately and we would forward the relevant tracking details over via email so you can track your order.

Our courier will only attempt delivery once you have confirmed and accepted your delivery booking in date.

If you missed your delivery time slot for any reason, your goods would be returned to the delivery depot and placed on hold.

As we are still charged for any failed delivery attempts by our courier, we are unable to cover any further costs towards delivery, therefore you will be required to pay a re delivery charge before any further delivery attempts are made.

Yes - we can arrange for our products to be delivered to Northern Ireland however additional surcharges will apply.

Returns & Refunds

If for any unfortunate reason you had to cancel your order, cancellation attempts can be made until your order was placed into production.

Once your order is in production, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover any lost costs such as administration work, raw materials and labour time.

If your refund request is eligible, we will ensure your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days and it may take up to 3-7 working days for the funds to reach your account.

Products

Our products are made in the UK.

Yes - our guarantee covers you for structural defects and faults caused through manufacturing.

Our guarantee structure works on a product by product basis. To find out how long a product is guaranteed for, the guarantee duration is stated under the Key Info section on every product page.

Yes almost every product we offer is lovingly made to order in the UK. We have an extensive range of products and some of our products can be configured in up to an incredible 960 different combinations.

Yes as almost every item is made to order, you can request an item to be made in any custom size. This could mean you require the headboard to be taller or shorter, a bed frame to be big enough fit for a king or small enough to fit into the tiniest of rooms.
